WORKMANSHIP

All Bags:

Lining: Durable, waterproof nylon fabric
Zippers: No-fail coil zippers, 2 pulls (most bags)
Seams: All are invisible or bound and guaranteed for the life of your bag
Buttons: Most are vintage or antique and are chosen to compliment the fabric
Magnetic Snaps: Tapered french magnetic snaps are easy to use and provide a secure closure

MACHINE WASHABLE:

Cold Water Wash
Gentle Cycle
Mild Detergent
Air Dry
Your bag will look better and last longer if washed occasionally.

If you use your bag every day - wash it every 6 months or once a year (depending on how "hard" you use your bag).

Please note: Dirt is abrasive to fibers (on the microscopic level it has sharp edges) and when it gets embedded in fabric it will start to fray the fibers. For optimum longevity, please don't wait to wash your bag when it gets dirty.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

We stand by our bags. We will repair and/or replace any defect in materials and/or workmanship up to ONE YEAR after purchase FOR FREE.

This warranty DOES NOT apply to bags that have been abused and subjected to unusual conditions.

Service:

We guarantee the workmanship of our bags. For their natural lifespan -- or yours.

We will repair blown seams at no charge, shipping fees may apply.

While we cannot guarantee Velcro, zippers, webbing, cord, buttons and other hardware, we will replace such items at minimum cost.

We offer this service of extending the life of our bags. Please don't hesitate to contact_us for needed repair or helpful suggestions. We're always trying to improve our service and design.

RETURN POLICY

You may return a new bag for a full refund (minus shipping costs) if:

You contact us within 10 DAYS of delivery;
The bag is brand new and has NOT been used;
The bag has ALL original tags still attached.
